🙋🏼‍♀️Hi! I do rentals too!🙋🏼‍♀️

My client wanted to be in this one development, in a very specific type of property, in a very short time frame. So we got to work.

After searching for a while, we found the one and went from offer, to acceptance, to lease signing, to approval and move in all within 3 days.

How?! With a LOT of back and forth behind the scenes bs that my client will never know about and a lot of hard work, finesse, persistence and tenacity. (I’m unreasonable and intense 😂)

Don’t be fooled. When you do this the right way with your clients best interest and long term commitment to you as their Realtor for life not just for a rental, you put in n unfathomable amount of work. And I live for that!
