USCIS will continue to accept paper check and money order payments in addition to credit and debit payments until Oct. 28, 2025. After Oct. 28, USCIS will accept only ACH debit and Credit Card transactions!

ATTENTION: CORRECT DS-160 BARCODES ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS

Starting April 1, 2025, all visa applicants must bring a DS-160 visa application form with a confirmation/barcode number (starting with AA) that matches the one used to make their appointment online. If the confirmation/barcode number on your DS-160 form does not match the one you used to book your appointment, you will not be allowed to interview.

If your barcode numbers do not match, you will need to book a new appointment to proceed with your visa application. You may book a new appointment by accessing your application at https://www.ustraveldocs.com/ge/en/ .

Before your interview, please double-check that the barcode number on your DS-160 form matches the one you used to schedule your appointment. Ensuring that your barcode numbers match will help avoid delays and ensure a smooth interview process.

Important Update on TPS for Venezuelans in the U.S. 🚨

If you have friends or coworkers from Venezuela who are working under Temporary Protected Status (TPS), they might be affected by a big change. The U.S. government is ending the 2023 TPS designation for Venezuela, which means some Venezuelan workers may lose their work permits (EADs) soon.

🔹 Who is affected?
✔️ Venezuelans under the 2023 TPS designation – Their work permits will expire 60 days after the official announcement (expected around April 2025).
✔️ Not affected: Venezuelans under the 2021 TPS designation – They can still work until September 10, 2025.

🔹 What does this mean for jobs?
👉 Some Venezuelan workers may not be able to renew their work permits and could lose their ability to work legally.
👉 If you know someone affected, they should check their TPS designation and talk to an immigration lawyer ASAP to explore their options.

💡 Spread the word! Many people might not realize this change is happening. If you know Venezuelan workers on TPS, let them know so they can prepare.
