Cold weather puts your plumbing at risk, even homes that have never had issues before. Frozen pipes don’t always burst right away… many fail when they thaw, causing sudden and severe water damage.

🛑 Help Prevent Frozen Pipes:
• Keep heat on at all times (day & night)
• Let faucets drip during extreme cold
• Open cabinet doors under sinks
• Insulate exposed pipes in garages & crawlspaces
• Disconnect outdoor hoses & shut off exterior water lines

⚠️ Signs you may have a frozen or burst pipe:
• No water or very low pressure
• Frost on exposed pipes
