Play America Play America prepares and files the required petitions for non-US bands to obtain visas from the US Citizenship & Immigration Services to perform in the US

The name says it all. The primary focus of Play America is to prepare and file the I-129 Petition for Visa and all necessary documentation to obtain the required visas from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to allow foreign (non-US) bands to perform in the United States. Play America does not do general immigration law; it does not assist in helping people live, study

or otherwise work in the United States. Play America does not perform any services regarding any other visas other than those that allows bands to perform in the US. It is through this specialization of focus that Play America can best assist your band in obtaining the visas from the USCIS that will allow you to perform in the United States. Play America is dedicated to offering the best possible price to prepare and file the required Petitions and documentation. Play America understands that most bands fall somewhere between making little money to losing money when they play or tour the United States. It is the goal of Play America to reduce the burden of the cost of obtaining the required visas so as to allow more bands to play the United States and hopefully realize more profit when they do so. Play America is owned and operated by Marc C. Gessford, an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of California since 1989 (California Bar No. 142905). Marc has been practicing law continuously since being licensed. All work done at Play America is done by Marc. Every communication you have with Play America is with Marc—every email and every telephone call; every Petition/form is completed by Marc; all research is done by Marc; every copy made is made by Marc. In dealing with Play America, you will not get an assistant, a paralegal or an associate. Through this personal service, Play America can guarantee the highest quality of work possible. Play America cannot guarantee–nor can anyone else guarantee—that the USCIS will approve any particular Petition for visas. The determinations of the USCIS are based on many factors that Play America does not have any control over. Play America can only guarantee that the appropriate and necessary Petitions and other documentation will be properly completed based on the information provided by the customer.
