She is a native El Pasoan, and a graduate of UTEP. Ashley has experience in mortgage lending. She is a member of the MLS Board of Directors, Bylaws Taskforce Committee, and is the Immediate Past Chair of the Young Professionals Network (YPN) Committee; she has also been the recipient of several awards including, Leader of the Pack, Rookie of the Year, and Top Producer. With the real estate market constantly evolving, she is always willing to learn, adapt, research, and find solutions for her clients. With her knowledge of the mortgage industry, she is able to navigate through what it takes to obtain a mortgage loan, help you understand the loan process, and answer all of your real estate questions.

I had an incredible week at the CMLS Open House Conference in Fort Lauderdale! 🌴✨ I headed home feeling inspired, energized, and excited about what’s ahead for the MLS industry.

There were so many great conversations, but a few things really stood out to me: AI is moving quickly, protecting our data continues to be incredibly important, and no matter how much technology changes our industry, relationships will always be at the heart of what we do. 💜✨

One of my favorite things about CMLS is that the conversations are centered around the real challenges brokers and MLSs are facing every day. We were also able to spend time with vendors we currently work with, share our pain points, strategize, and connect with companies we may partner with in the future. 💫

As MLS President, I’m excited to bring these conversations, ideas, and information back to our Board of Directors as we continue looking toward the future and finding ways to better serve our members. 🌟

Our industry is changing quickly, and we’re changing with it, learning, evolving, building relationships, and doing our best to stay ahead of what’s next. 🚀

I’m grateful for the knowledge, the connections, and another wonderful CMLS experience! 🫶🌴
