With the passing of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), homeowners may have relief options for those who have been impacted by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Below is a link to some useful information and material from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). If you are experiencing a financial hardship directly or indirectly to COVID-19, and you're having difficulty paying your mortgage, it is recommend you review the material on the CFPB’s website. Note: relief does NOT equal forgiveness, so read the information carefully.
