Vacant Homes are great for several reasons. They are easy to show, they are typically avialble for Immediate Delivery and easy to schedule a home inspection on.
But the first hurdle for any REALTOR is to help potential homebuyers to come look at it. Does it look good, smell good and and can homebuyers see themselves living in your home. That's the secret. The price might be right, however if it vacant so many buyers ( especially first time buyers ) have very hard time figuring out what some rooms could be used for, or maybe they think a room looks to small, or that their current furniture will not fit.
That is where virtual staging comes in handy. These rooms below are examples of what the possibilites are. A professional photgrapher or someone who is good at giving ChatGPT directiions can really show what a home could look like.
Never under estimate the need for staging. Builders Models in New Homes are always staged. That is called marketing. If home feels warm and loved and smells good your chances of selling are greater.
