🚨 New REALTOR® Members — Have You Completed Your Membership Requirements? 🚨

To officially hold and promote yourself as a REALTOR®, the following three requirements must be completed:

✔️ Join a Local REALTOR® Association
✔️ Complete the one-time Mandatory Orientation
✔️ Complete a REALTOR® Code of Ethics course for new members

⏱️ New members have 90 days from the date of application to complete all requirements.

Please note: Individuals may not present or advertise themselves as a REALTOR® until all three requirements have been fulfilled.
