When you meet with me for mobile notary services in Dublin, Laurens County, and surrounding communities, you’ll notice I keep a notary journal.

I ask you to provide your name, address, phone number, and signature. I also record the appointment date, the type of document being notarized, and the type of identification you presented to verify your identity.

Why does this matter? A journal creates a record of our appointment. If questions arise later, it can help document when we met and the notarial service performed.

It’s one way I keep careful records and bring professionalism to every signing. 💼

What a way to close out September with my notary business! ✍🏽🙌🏽

At 4:30 p.m., I received a call requesting a notarization for a doctor. At 6:00 p.m., another call came through: “This is Dr. … Can you notarize my form?”

Two requests for doctors within two hours. Look at God! 🙌🏽

My prayer has been, “Lord, send me the clients You have for me.” Moments like this encourage my heart and remind me to keep praying, keep preparing, and keep showing up.

Thank You God 🙏🏽 for every opportunity and every person who trusts me to serve them. ❤️
