Just closed an off-market deal for my client!

One thing I keep hearing lately from buyers is how frustrating it is when homes hit the market and already have multiple offers within days (bidding wars have become the norm in a lot of price ranges).
A lot of buyers don’t realize that some homes are discussed, shared, or quietly marketed before they ever officially hit Zillow or the public market and getting in at that stage can sometimes help you avoid competing offers altogether.
