Remember its getting into winter, if your empty homes have not been winterized yet, give us a call and we will take care of the homes for you , lets avoid broken pipes. We also just found someone to clean chimneys so we can all have warm fires this year and without a worry in the world

Finally done with all the properties in North Ga, cant believe how good these houses look..worth it working round the clock but now tired and on to more properties tomorrow

Have worked round the clock with no sleep to get all these homes in North Ga done so that the realitors can get them up on the market monday..then back to west ga to work on another home ...we need to hire some more people , problem is no one wants to work.. back to it, need to get this last house finished and its intense work on this one, glad we did the easy homes first

only inside work for the last few days...yes we need the rain but its putting everyone behind on outside work..we will get it done but , have to wait out the rain

Sorry its been awhile since we have posted..we have been very busy..lots of homes to do, thought that with BOA holding on foreclosures business would have slowed down but its actually busier...Have to keep the homes that are empty in tip top condition for sale...
