Showing homes is never boring—especially in Summit County.

Today I toured a buyer through a really cool mid-century single-family home in Keystone. Full of character, charm… and a few quirks that only older homes can deliver. Case in point: we accidentally locked ourselves out on the deck.

Followed by a snowy dash around the exterior of the house, in socks, to regain entry through the front door - Definitely a first!

It’s moments like these that remind me no two days in real estate are ever the same—and that’s just one of the many things I enjoy about it.
