Surprisingly common comment I hear from people is that they do not believe they need to have a Will or other estate documents in place. The most common reason given is that, “we don’t have a lot of stuff.“ Unfortunately, there  is a common misconception that having a last will and testament is only for people with significant assets. That is not the case. Having a Will with someone designated as the executor can be very beneficial regardless of the extent of your assets. Contact me for more information.
