Life update friends. I have been quite for a bit, but all is well. Since closing on the m**h / hoarder flip I paid off all of my student loan debt 🙏💥. Then I sold my super cozy home near Denver and moved back to the mountains in Dillon ⛷🏔. I picked up a second job in property management and I have thankfully stayed productive through real estate as well. Tomorrow I close on my second long-term investment property, a duplex on the Eastern plains of Colorado.

My wonderful mother just visited me, I have beautiful mountain listings coming soon, life is good friends. I hope the same for you. I will do better about updating you guys. I appreciate your support!
