Volusia County rules for weddings on the beach. Just as a clarification, I spoke with the department with the jurisdiction over beach activities and asked about permits for weddings on the beach. She made it clear that no permit was needed for groups less than 50 people. I was expecting groups of less than 10. But less than 50 is awesome!! www.WeddingsByLance.com
