Ten years ago, I bought my very first property.
A cheap 1970s condo in West Dallas.

Not glamorous.
Not trendy.
Just the most affordable place I could find in an area where I didn’t feel like my life was in danger 😅

That condo became
My first home
My first light remodel
My first time betting on myself

And then something interesting happened.

It turned into my first rental.
Which made me a landlord for the first time.
Then I leveraged it to open a line of credit…
And that helped me buy another rental.

Fast forward to today
I’ve owned 9 properties
Including two lots I’ll be building on in 2026

All of that
From a property that cost under $40K.

The last 10 years have taught me more than any class ever could.
And I’m deeply grateful to God for His favor, guidance, and abundant blessings along the way.
