Met these amazing clients at an open house about a year and a half ago… we toured a few homes, but at the time, staying put felt right for them.
Fast forward to now—they called me to say they were ready to sell and look for their forever home. Everything seemed to aligned. We’re officially selling their home today. On to the next chapter.

Closed, off-market, and exactly how it was meant to happen.
From a completely different listing I had a listed in Preston Hollow which was agent to meet. During the showing I heard the buyers were looking for something with a true “wow” factor. My seller had mentioned another property they were planning to bring to market later in the summer during our listing appointment. I connected the dots, created the opportunity, and made the introduction.

Result: a $4M+ off-market sale in one of Dallas’ most prestigious neighborhoods.

#2 Congratulations to Patrick and Bailey such a sweet young couple. They came to me last July and they decided to take a little bit of a break and switch locations as well but we got it done. Thank you for trusting me.

#3 The Smith, this one is a long story, but a good story. I helped them back in 2015 with a highrise and now they reached out to me again to rent but after looking at the numbers I told them buying just made more sense. A huge congratulations to them.
