Effective Sept 1 Notary fees will increase from $6 to $10 per signature notarized. A 2nd signer will remain at $1 additional.

Do you need a construction lien added or removed to a property? If so, you may need a notary. I'm your gal.

As an officer of the state of Texas and a commissioned Remote Online Notary I can oversee the entire process. All you have to do is send me the request and signer information.

I will contact the signer and schedule an appointment. Send the signer the request online, notarize the form, and immediately send it back to you for same day recording.

Prices for this service are $50 per form.

Just a reminder, I can process these NATIONWIDE online as long as what you're notarizing doesn't require a "wet" signature.
