If you're still waiting for housing prices to come down, don't read this. If you're tired of waiting and maybe wondering if maybe they aren't going to be coming down, read this. Social media influencers and talking heads get more clicks if they use a headline laced with fear. But, when you look at the numbers, housing prices just keep on moving up.
