Home for the holidays! As we approach cold winter months, we are seeing the Real Estate market cool down.

A few things I've noticed:
- Listings are staying on the market longer. Buyers have a chance to sit back and think about their purchase.
- Sellers and buyers are negotiating terms! (I am personally so happy to see this again)
- Buyers are getting concessions from sellers! Seller credits allow buyers' to keep money in the bank and/or buy down the rate.
- There are deals to be made!
