We are seeking a professional, dependable, and organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors and plays an important role in supporting our attorneys and paralegals in the daily operation of the firm.

The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant will answer and direct incoming phone calls, greet clients and visitors, assist attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks, maintain files, and perform various clerical duties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment.
