How Long Until You Can Seal Your Record in Colorado?”

Colorado has specific timelines for when certain cases can be sealed. Most people don’t realize they’re already eligible.
⏳ 1 year — After deferred judgment
⏳ 3 years — Petty offenses
⏳ 5 years — Most misdemeanors
⏳ 7 years — Some eligible felonies
⏳ Juvenile cases — Often earlier than adult records
