This gorgeous Hidden Valley property on 5 private acres went pending in just 3 days! We barely had time to introduce it before buyers snapped it up.
And honestly, I’m not surprised. Five wooded acres, a massive heated shop, RV hookups, vaulted ceilings, multiple living spaces, a secret bookcase room, and all the privacy North Idaho buyers are looking for? That’s a winning combination.
One thing I’m seeing over and over right now: acreage properties on the outskirts of Coeur d’Alene continue to attract serious interest. Buyers are looking for space, privacy, room for toys, shops, RVs, and a little breathing room without giving up convenience.
