(DCI) is a non-profit business organization with a mission to build a dynamic metropolitan center valued as the heart of the region. The organization was incorporated in 1994 and is funded by a Special Improvement District that includes all property within the boundaries of Eggleston Avenue on the east, Central Parkway on the north, Central Avenue on the west (including the Centennial buildings), and the river on the south (excluding the two stadiums). Our Services Plan is available for download on this page. DCI provides leadership and advocacy for important issues that ensure long-term downtown vitality, and plays an important role in working with strong partners to improve the city. DCI delivers its mission by providing services in three areas:

* Maintaining and enhancing a safe, clean and welcoming environment downtown, including the recognized Downtown Ambassador program--visible in bright orange and blue uniforms and great attention to detail and quick response.

* Maintaining and enhancing the image, awareness and usage of downtown as a vibrant hub of activity through strategic marketing and communications, including the popular Downtown Guide, proactive media relations and presentations, Downtown Dazzle holiday events and timely email communications.

* Advocate for and support business and residential growth downtown through stakeholder services programs and serving as the primary source of downtown data collection and distribution to stakeholders by providing semiannual and annual State of Downtown reports.

In just a few hours, Over-the-Rhine will be illuminated by incredible art, projections, installations and more as Blink takes over the neighborhood.

Our biggest tip: come early, park once and explore! Grab dinner, shop local, check out Cincinnati Art Week and make your way through OTR before the lights come on.

BLINK kicks off tonight at 4PM at TQL Stadium, with illuminated art beginning across the city at 7PM

Make a day of it in OTR, Downtown Cincinnati and the Fountain District . Take a stroll through OTR and explore Cincinnati Art Week, where local galleries, artists and creative spaces are opening their doors throughout the neighborhood. Pop into a gallery, check out a new exhibition, shop local, grab a drink and a bite, then make your way to BLINK as the city lights up.

And tonight, the BLINK kickoff starts at TQL Stadium at 4PM before the illuminated art takes over the city.

BLINK is back in Cincinnati! 👁️The nation’s largest public art festival takes over Downtown TODAY through Sunday from 7-11PM. Each night, filling the city with light, projection mapping, murals, and interactive installations. The celebration kicks off tonight with the new Ready. Set. BLINK! Opening ceremony on Central Parkway, featuring live performances, creative activities, and more from 4-9PM. Check out the BLINK map and start planning your route!

Take a stroll through an Asian night market right in the middle of BLINK! Court Street Plaza will be filled with Asian Cuisine, entertainment, games, and activities all weekend, surrounded by BLINK’s glowing art installations. The Asianati Night Market is open from 5-11PM today through Saturday and 5-10PM Sunday, with free admission. 🏮

Need a breather form the BLINK crowds? ✨ Head to Findlay Market's Coughlin Commons, an indoor space to warm up, grab a drink, and recharge while still taking in the glow of BLINK, today through Sunday from 6:30–10:30PM, your tickets include indoor seating, two beverage tickets, a Findlay Market glow necklace and access to the indoor Glow Experience with crafts, a photo booth, glow freckle tattoos and more! Tickets are available online.

What if you could step inside a painting? 🖼️ Find out at Harper Alive, an immersive experience bringing Charley and Edie Harper’s Iconic artwork to life at The Mercantile Immersive. The free experience is open tomorrow through Sunday during BLINK, but tickets are required and available in limited quantities.

We all know there’s a lot to look at once the sun goes down and the artwork gets illuminated, but what about during the day?

Start your day in OTR and with a cup of coffee, a good meal and a little time to explore before the lights come on. We asked local business owners to share some of their favorite spots around the neighborhood, and we’ve rounded up their recommendations to help you plan your day.
