DePaul University Journal of Sports Law & Contemporary Problems

DePaul University Journal of Sports Law & Contemporary Problems The Journal serves as a forum in which academics and experienced practitioners can discuss the law as it relates specifically to the sports industry.

The purpose of the Journal shall be to provide a resource for comprehensive legal analysis and research of contemporary sports related law issues to members of the academic community, sports industry, and legal profession through the publication of a quality law journal. The legal issues raised in these fields frequently draw from areas of diverse agency law, antitrust law, constitutional law, contract law, copyright law, employment law, labor law, and trademark law.

NBA rules state that a player must be at least 19 years old and one year removed from high school. Maker is 19 and claims to have graduated high school last spring and is now in a postgraduate year… The NBA will need to review & approve
