I had been a paying member of Zillow's Premier Agent scam, I mean system. I got out of it as soon as I saw an opening. I managed to have something like 40,000 impressions and got maybe 3 legit phone numbers. One was a sports celebrity, but nobody bought a house.

This lawsuit is not about that.

I really enjoy being a real estate agent. It's rewarding to help folks find property that they will turn into their home.

Sometimes that means new construction. This takes quite a bit of work off of me, since the builder's representative goes over the details that personalize the home. Even the contract to purchase the home is done by the builder.

The worst part comes when my client wants to negotiate to get a better/lower price. Builders can't really budge on that, as they are really in control of where values are heading. Oftentimes, the builder has an in-house lender that will offer to cover closing costs, and maybe throw in upgrades up to a certain value. They are not in the practice of lowering the price, since it will potentially lower the value of the other houses in the neighborhood, at least temporarily.

Ask me how I can beat this system and get you at least 1% back on the purchase of your newly constructed home.

This shows the average sales price over the past 10 years.

If you bought that average house ๐Ÿ 10 years ago and paid the mortgage on time, you should be down to around $110,000 owed. Now, look at the current average sales price. If you maintained everything, you could be sitting on well over $200,000 in equity. ๐Ÿค“
