Our NC law practice is alive and well! We have two babies coming home with our clients this weekend from other states following ICPC approval and we had a big win in court on Monday for another adoptive family. At the end of January we obtained multiple court orders of parentage for surrogacy clients and we have another hearing set in March for more. Thanks for reading!

Adoption Support Alliance is gathering group of families awaiting placement. The group is free of charge and will meet Monday, September 26th from 7:30 to 9 pm in the Elizabeth neighborhood of Charlotte. If this is something you are interested in now or in the future, let me know and I'll add you to our invitation list.

We also have counseling services for foster and adoptive families (private pay at $100 an hour) and groups for families with children already in their home. I'm more than willing to get a group started for families who are fostering (without the intention of adoption necessarily). Please reach out if you might be interested! [email protected]
