In Loving Memory of Cristina Grossu Biffle

I met Cristina nearly ten years ago when we worked together at Savvy + Company. From the moment I met her, her spunky, magnetic spirit pulled me in. Even then, I knew she was going places.

And she did.

Cristina poured her heart into everything—real estate, entrepreneurship, community, and family. She built businesses, wrote a children’s book, helped countless families (especially flood victims during Hurricane Helene), and every year brought joy to the community through Letters to Santa. She never sat on the sidelines—she served, she created, she loved deeply.

She married her best friend, Greg, and was the most incredible mother to Ryder. She lived boldly, joyfully, and with purpose.

We shared a love of real estate, boating, deep-sea fishing, the Bahamas, dogs, and endless conversations. Professionally, she was my trusted referral partner in Lake Norman and a respected force in our industry. Just months ago, she launched her own real estate company—and I was so incredibly proud of her.

It feels impossibly unfair to lose someone with so much left to give. The world is dimmer without her light, but her impact, love, and legacy will live on in all of us who were lucky enough to know her.

I recently lost my mom. She was one in a million and I will miss her deeply. They say the weeks and months after are the hardest and whoever they are are not wrong. I have had moments of overwhelming sadness that have caused me to break down in tears. I have had profound moments of gratitude for having had her for so many years. I have looked through old photos and have been flooded with memories that I hadn’t thought about for years. I have the best friends a girl could have that have showered me with love and I am forever grateful. 💕

That feeling of being SO happy for your clients! 💕
My client trusted me to guide her in what this dated townhome needed to be a buyers next home! We painted, changed lighting, ceiling fans and updated a few spaces and the feedback was SO great! This townhome wasn’t for everyone but the most perfect buyer walked in yesterday and had to have it! It’s all about timing and things meant to be! Selling a home can feel overwhelming, but that’s why I’m here—to guide you every step of the way! Let me share some insights and real-life examples from my experiences with past clients. 🏡

✔️ What does a listing agent actually do?
My role goes beyond just putting a “For Sale” sign in your yard. I help prepare your home to shine, price it competitively, market it effectively, and handle all the details of the transaction. For one client, this meant coordinating with a stager and professional photographer to make their home irresistible. The result? Multiple offers in just a few days!

✔️ Clear communication is key
Before we start, I make sure we’re on the same page. One of my clients wanted updates after every showing, so we set a plan to touch base weekly and share feedback right away. Having open conversations like this ensures you’re always in the loop.

✔️ What you don’t always see
A lot of my work happens behind the scenes—like networking with other agents, responding to inquiries, and strategizing the best ways to market your home. For instance, I recently worked with a client who didn’t see much activity initially. After analyzing local market trends, I adjusted the marketing plan and saw a surge of interest!
