Roll-A-Luggage Care Package Campaign | North Carolina & South Carolina Notary Public |

As I hear the fireworks sound and 2024 ends… HeadzUp Solutions Inc. would like to thank everyone who participated in the Roll-A-Luggage Care Package Campaign on December 28, 2024. We had a total of 75 students to sign up from three area high schools and 38 to show up in person to receive their packages. Other packages were dropped off and some were asked to be delivered by mail. Each year the program is getting larger, which makes it a greater need for donations and man-power.

I would like to thank all sponsors for their monetary donations, sending in items, and volunteering their services to pack luggages. The sponsors include: The Durban Group, Take 5, Scott Insurance, Gravie Insurance , A.O. Smith, Dr. Nikki Consulting LLC, Walmart Distribution, Rose Memorial, Mt Calvary, The Love Doctors, Nyla Funderburk, Gwendolyn Sowell, James Huguley, Melissa Blakeney-Wynn, Karen Short, Bobby Carver & Family, Derrick Spears & Family, and The Callahan Family.

I also, would like to thank the parents for volunteering and sharing their stories.

On Wednesday, December 11, 2024, Melissa Rorie, the CEO/Founder HeadzUp Solutions Inc. Roll-A-Luggage Care Package was accompanied by corporate sponsors to fill “54” Roll-A-Luggage Care Packages for the 2024 graduating class of Central High, McBee High, and South Pointe Christian Schools of Chesterfield County School District. The sponsors in the photo are The Durban Group, Scott Insurance, Take 5 NC, and Paycom.

It was a great pleasure meeting and working with this young gentleman on the behalf of Pageland Progressive Pageland Progressive Journal. He appeared last year for Solutions, Inc. Roll-A-Luggage Care Package Campaign that was held at the old Pageland of Commerce building. He went far and beyond his duties.

The Roll-A-Luggage Care Package Campaign today was beyond amazing and a great success. We had the opportunity to meet some awesome students and parents from McBee High School. We gave away 26 care packages!

Late Post: Happy Anniversary to Brigid & The Learning Academy,” on their “10 Year Anniversary!” Thank you for all the care, concern, love, & support you give selflessly to others! I thank you for allowing, HeadzUp Solutions Inc. and the Central High School Basketball Coaches & Seniors to help celebrate your “10” Year Anniversary!

Although several seniors were playing other sports (softball & track) at the time or working, on the day of the event; Coach Ariesha Short did not hesitate to support her team. Short felt the need to be in attendance & to stand out for her team!

She stated, “I really enjoyed providing pizza, snackes, & beverages to the students at The Learning Academy. I enjoyed seeing my current and former students, and they were beyond happy to see me. They didn’t want me to leave! However, even though our graduating and rising seniors of our basketball team wasn’t able to assist due to other sports obligations, I didn’t mind standing in the gap for them because they are working hard in their current sport; which I applaud!

Giving back to our youth is important, not just to say you have done it, but because they are watching and it builds character. I only hope that one day Ty these same students will be able to give and dedicate their time to the next generation.”
