This is how my office operates: I am unconventional. Work is a thing you DO, not a place you ARE. I am not sitting at a desk in a building waiting for clients to call. I am out living life. I am semi-retired, so when you call my office, the answering service will give you my email address to send me an email. The answering service will also inform you that I do not return daily phone calls because I cannot most of the time. I respond to emails when I get them. I will not respond to a phone call. In the email, I will either advise you whether your situation is something that I handle or not. I will also either ask you for additional information or I will request an appointment with you. If you do not have access to email or FB, then you probably are not going to reach me. I travel extensively and it is much faster and easier for you and for me to communicate through FB and emails. I have been getting many questions as to whether or not I still take certain cases. As many of you know, I have transitioned my law practice and how it operates due to the fact that I travel so much and do not need to practice law if I don't want to, due to my health and wellness business. I have a very nontraditional boutique practice. If you call my office they will give you my email address and you can send me an email about your case. I will respond to the email and either request a consultation or not, depending on the circumstances. I do not return phone calls and sit on the phone for an hour consultation at a time. If I called everybody back that called into the firm, I would do nothing but talk for free all day long every day. If you do not send me an email, you will not hear back from me. I am very particular about what cases I choose to take. I want to win for the client, not spin my wheels. I have retired several areas of my practice as well. Sexual and physical abuse by teachers and school personnel is my focus. I am also still handling expulsion cases against the Boards of Education. My office number is 304-344-8858. Facebook messages work just as well as email.

I've been getting a lot of inquiries as to what type of law I still practice. I have a boutique law firm and I've retired several areas of practice. I still do personal injury, but my main focus is physical and sexual abuse of students by board of education employees. I sue the school boards. I have vast experience in this area and I have obtained the largest settlements in any WV cases in this area. If you know of a child who has been physically or sexually abused by anyone in the school system then I am your woman. I am a parent helping parents!

Don't be scammed by those places that tell you they can consolidate your debt, lower your payments,etc. They Will tell you not to make any payments on your debt and they will take money out of your bank account every month until you are virtually forced into bankruptcy. If you want to try to lower your interest rates or payments then contact your creditors your self and try to work with them. Never ever use one of these companies.

Please check this out and repost this to your wall. I love this house, but I moved out of Charleston and only come in a couple times per week. I don't need anything this big for my practice anymore. It would be a great business or a great residence. Love it!!!!

So, if bullying someone is worth this much, how much do you think it is worth when the school employees not only bully an autistic student, but seclude her, hit her, bite her, beat her with a ruler, put her in a closet, pinch her, then roll her up on an area rug an just about kill her! Oh, I forgot, then they put masking tape down the center of the floor in order to keep the abuser away from her. The abuse went on

After over a year and at least 3 adjusters documenting the file, now the stupid insurance people claim they "didn't know" my client was hit by a drunk driver. Really? It's right on the police report ----- Here's your sign!!!!!

Working on Bankruptcies, grievances, a possible injunction, a malicious prosecution case and returning phone calls today! If my cases were colors, I'd have a rainbow today!
