Sit in Gratitude and not in Judgement. If someone you contact is having struggles please don’t judge but be grateful for where you are and God forbid we give them a smile and a hand and lift them up.

We all will most likely need a hand. God knows I have and I’m grateful for the hands that were there to pick me up 🙏

I was asking myself during my delay workout. What is Pride useful for?

Pride can be surprisingly useful—it just depends on the type and how it’s expressed.

Healthy pride (sometimes called “authentic pride”) can help you:
• Build confidence: Feeling proud of your efforts or achievements reinforces your self-worth.
• Stay motivated: It encourages you to keep improving and reaching goals.
• Develop resilience: When you take pride in your values or work, you’re more likely to push through challenges.
• Strengthen identity: Pride in who you are—your background, growth, or accomplishments—helps create a stable sense of self.

But there’s also unhealthy pride (often linked to arrogance or ego), which can:
• Make it hard to admit mistakes
• Damage relationships
• Block learning and growth

So, pride is useful when it’s grounded in self-respect and gratitude, not superiority.

Courage of Faith

Meditation for the Day
You must make a stand for God. Believers in God are considered by some as peculiar people. You must even be willing to be deemed a fool for the sake of your faith. You must be ready to stand aside and let the fashions and customs of the world go by if it means that God’s plans are thereby forwarded. Be known by the marks that distinguish a believer in God. These are honesty, purity, unselfishness, love, gratitude, and humility.

Prayer for the Day
I pray that I may be ready to profess my belief in God before others. I pray that I may not be turned aside by the skepticism and cynicism of unbelievers.
