We are awaiting guidance and approval from the Secretary of State before I can move forward with officially recognizing JBShenk Notary Services as an official name.

However, no fear, I am a State of Texas commissioned and insured Notary (since 2015) and can operate as such in all capacities.

My standard travel/coverage area is 10 miles. I am based In Cedar Park, TX. Other distances are certainly negotiable especially in urgent or emergency situations.

Please be careful while looking for a notary. Confirm that they are legally recognized by your state. Do not be afraid to ask to see the Notary's license/certificate.
