Echo Glen is looking for art docent volunteers!

Calling All Art Docents! 🖌️✨

We’re excited to bring hands-on art back to the school classroom—and we need you!

No artistic talent or teaching experience required! Whether you’re an experienced artist or just love being creative, you can join as a Lead, Co-Lead, or Assistant. Bring your own project ideas or use ours—we have you covered.

Why Art Matters:
For many youth, art is a safe outlet to express feelings, build confidence, discover new gifts, and experience the healing power of caring relationships.

🎨 Volunteer Commitment:
• Frequency: 1–2 times a month during the school day
• Teamwork: Serve alongside a team of 2–3 volunteers
• Support: All art supplies, lesson ideas, and guidance are provided!

Calling King County Artists!

The Arc Artist Fellowship is offering $15,000 unrestricted awards to emerging, mid-career, and established artists who live in or work with rural communities in King County.

This funding is designed to support artists where they need it most, from rent and childcare to materials, equipment, transportation, studio space, residencies, and more.

If your creative practice is rooted in rural communities and reflects the stories, histories, and experiences of rural places, consider applying!

The Art in Nature Walk is a community-wide outdoor art experience along the Snoqualmie Valley Trail, featuring original artwork by local artists displayed throughout Carnation, Fall City, and North Bend. This year’s collection celebrates creativity, community, and the beauty of our natural surroundings, with every piece available for auction and 100% of proceeds going directly to the artists!
