Many people have reached out since last night asking about my new company, BAQS Air, that we started and why we started it.
It’s pretty simple, a couple of years ago I sat in my office of 15 years wondering if this is what I wanted to do with my life for the next 20 years. It was in that moment I realized I needed more. So the gears started turning and the brainstorming started. My brother, my dad and my father in law are all small business owners and entrepreneurs. It is something that I have admired from all 3 of them and something I have wanted to do with own my life. It was also a dream of my Grandmother’s, Baba, for Jason and I to work together. My brother owns a very successful home inspection company and I help him with his finances and a lot of his business aspects. I noticed there was huge potential in the business he refers out. That was my light bulb moment that I could be doing that business. I have also been passionate about the radon and mold risks to our health for many years now. That’s when Brown Air Quality Solutions was born.
Almost two years ago I started the company and laid the groundwork for how the next 5 years were going to go. All of this while juggling a finance job. Fast forward to today, I am excited to say I am full time in a fast growing company that now services all of central Indiana. We specialize in Radon, Mold and Water testing with areas of growth in the future.
It’s always scary to step out of your comfort zone and follow your dreams. I am very grateful for the huge support system I have in my wife and family. If it were not for them I wouldn’t be where I am today. I am so proud to introduce BAQS Air!
