For years, Iāve built my career in real estate by doing these things consistently: learning the market, understanding the numbers, negotiating hard, and taking my clientsā investments seriously.
Iāve consistently been a top producer in my market. For more than two years, Iāve also served as a Qualifying Broker.
Now, Iām expanding my focus into commercial real estate.
This isnāt a departure from what Iāve been doing. Itās an expansion of it. Dunagan Associates has been the face of commercial real estate in Carlsbad for years and I have the honor of learning from and working alongside the best.
Commercial real estate requires a different skill set than residential real estate. The decisions are often tied directly to a businessās revenue, expenses, growth, employees, customers, investment strategy, and long-term goals. It requires a deeper understanding of the market and a different approach to analyzing a property.
As a former business owner myself, I understand that real estate is rarely just about the building. Itās about the business that operates inside it.
My goal is to help business owners, investors, and entrepreneurs make smart real estate decisionsāand to help people take the next step toward starting, growing, or expanding their businesses.
