Get to know Attorney Tonilyn Chippie Kargo, because she's kind of a big deal!

Tonilyn was born and raised in Windber, Pennsylvania. She attended Penn State and Widener University Commonwealth Law School. Tonilyn has been licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since November of 2001.

After briefly working as a Juvenile Court Master, in Cambria County, Tonilyn moved to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania where she was a Judicial Law Clerk. She then spent the next 7 years working in the eastern part of the Commonwealth. In 2009, Tonilyn came home. She has spent the last thirteen years as a civil law attorney. Tonilyn has helped hundreds of clients in their divorce and custody actions. She has also helped many in their termination and adoption matters, along with name changes, guardianships, and the preparation of wills and power of attorneys. Currently, in conjunction with her civil law work, she is a part time Assistant District Attorney.

Tonilyn sits on the board of Professional Family Care Services, Inc. and is the President of the Portage Boys' Basketball Booster. She is also the head Portage Jr. High Cheerleading Coach.

Tonilyn, her husband Travis and their three boys, reside in Portage, Pennsylvania and are members of Holy Family Parish. If you ask Tonilyn, she will always tell you that her favorite pass time is watching their boys play basketball.

Learn about us! Meet Attorney C**t McKelvey. He is a native of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, now residing in the Greater Canonsburg, PA area, and a graduate of Widener University Commonwealth Law School with a J.D. Prior to law school, C**t attended Geneva College in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, graduating with a degree in Accounting. C**t worked as an accountant before deciding to attend law school. He now operates two law offices in Canonsburg and Salix, PA.

Attorney McKelvey is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He serves clients throughout the Commonwealth.

C**t also serves as a director on the board of Tomorrow’s Hope, LLC, a non-profit for military veterans.

C**t also is a licensed broker and investment adviser. C**t has taken and passed the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licensing exams.

C**t is married to his wife, Rachel McKelvey. C**t and Rachel are the parents of four children.

Attorney McKelvey is a member of View Crest PCA church, an Eagle Scout, a pilot, and a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
