1. A person born in Mendocino County or long entrenched after being from elsewhere involved with growing ma*****na in the wild west post logging economy.
2. Trustafarians, trimigrents, liberal rednecks, small business owners seeking a cash wash.
3. Xenophobic migrants who root semi deep in Nor Cal with sojourns on the playas of Nevada or warm tropical climes in South Ameica or Southeast Asia after harvest.
4. Making $ is making sense. Mouths to feed in a cash poor economic ruin that is inescapable due to entrenched disfunction.
5. Not as friendly or welcoming as perceived by the culture.

An Indian tribe’s plans to harvest and distribute medical ma*****na in Ukiah was nipped in the bud this week when Mendocino County sheriff’s deputies seized hundreds of plants at two properties, officials said Wednesday.
