Meet Kenzie.
She has lived in her home for 6 months, this past year has been full of unexpected and life-altering changes for her—She now has a fiancé and a new path waiting for her in Texas! 🤠✨ She has really loved this home; it has been a cozy and convenient sanctuary for her.
When I asked what she enjoyed most about the house, this is what Kenzie had to say…
“The layout and the light are what initially drew me to this home. The kitchen is large enough for more than one person to comfortably maneuver, with plenty of cabinets and counter space. The master suite is large and open, with a spacious vanity and a walk-in closet that makes getting ready a breeze.”
“It has so many convenient amenities that I've come to rely on, like the stacked washer and dryer, keyless entry, and a private attached garage with a door I can open and close right from my phone. Plus, there’s a wood-burning fireplace for those cozy MN nights.”
I followed up with what she will miss most about the property….”The large balcony that overlooks the woods. It's so peaceful and private. Quiet time out there watching the birds in the morning or evening with a coffee or a drink is just a little magical.” ☕️🐦
The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, filled with mature trees and ponds. Kenzie enjoyed walking her dog to the area parks—one has an archery range and playground, and the other has a volleyball court and a winter tubing hill! It’s well off the highway but so close to the grocery store, gym, library, and the Eagan Art House is just down the street.
“This home is truly ready for you to move in and relax, though there are still opportunities to make it your own. It has been such a comfortable, convenient place to live, and I know the next owner will love it just as much as I have.”
