Over these many several years
(30+) I have worked for a significant
number of prominent law firms in
Western New York as a legal investigator.
My training began in Boston, Massachusetts
under the tutelage of Enoch Woodhouse Esq.
a Yale law school alumni & Tuskegee Airman.
Also, several Harvard law practitioners
( Fletcher Wiley, Nestor Nichols, and Phillip Crutchfield ) contributed immense knowledge to my Paralegal/Investigator education.
Evan Kenner, the premiere private investigator
of the last breed of super sleuths that operated
in Western New York mentored my foray into
this fabled profession starting back in the
early 90's.
In due time I graduated to performing investigative work for the late great Johnnie Cochran and Robert Perk on the Cynthia Wiggins lawsuit, and two other wrongful death cases for this powerful duo, which enhanced my civil litigation skill set remarkably.
Twenty plus years later attorney John Molloy
retained my services on the larger than life
criminal defense investigation of the Stephen
Northrup homicide case.
Three years of painstaking detective work
concluded with a full exoneration by Supreme Court Justice Richard Kloch for our
client Jerome Thagard on all charges.
He was released from prison after being incarcerated for nearly five years, and
paid a negotiated cash settlement for
his wrongful incarceration by New York
State.
FAST FORWARD TO THE PRESENT:
Last week I entered the arena once again
as a super-paralegal/investigator against one of Western New York's larger prestigious law firms ( HoganWillig )on behalf of a relative/client who was the plaintiff in the City of Buffalo Small Claims Court. . . . .I conducted a careful legal research of the applicable case law, and initiated a concise interview with a key witness which provided the vital factual narrative to impeach the opposition's arguments.
Simple, clean, straightforward, and surgical.
WE WON !!!
To God be the Glory !!!
