This apartment is just a minute away from the Morgan Ave L stop, but this is not why I’m so proud of it. The reason I love this apartment is because its brand new with a very modern and classy touch. The huge living space it has with the beautiful lighting and exposed bricks is just amazing. The kitchen is big with granite counter tops, fan with a dishwasher. Lots of counter space and cabinet space The rooms are big with windows in all of them. Many closets. Exposed bricks are seen everywhere in the apartment. The great part is the backyard which is huge you can make so much out of it…….. The area is really great with all the popular restaurants and bars in the area.

The Aviary Apartments is the name of this amazing building which is located at 41 Kosciuszko Street in Brooklyn New York. When i first saw this building i thought i'm in dream land the amazing lounge that awaits you when you come in with a library and sports tables couches and that small mezzanine great for a date or what Then i went in to the screening room wow, like a small theater witch you can book for your self and bring over some friends after i saw this gym room and yoga corner it just made me want to rent that apartment for my self then i went up too the roof where theres that amazing view of the whole brooklyn area and the good part is theres some space where you can plant your own vegetables and enjoy a walk on some fresh grass........ next i went in to the apartment its self where the person that currently lives there is making some good use out of it there's lots of closet space and living space and huge kitchen there's an option of a mezzanine for the same price which can make it in to 3 br and there's an option for parking with an additional charge
