December sales give us a clear look at how the market finished the year.

As youโ€™ll see here, areas west of the Brazos carried more inventory, which is exactly why local context matters.

Since the start of January, weโ€™ve seen a bit more movement and renewed interest in several areas, and weโ€™re interested to see how that shows up once Januaryโ€™s numbers are finalized.

For now, December helps set the baseline for the year ahead.
