Lately, I have been paying closer attention to how the market is behaving beneath the headlines.
There are moments when conditions feel quiet, slower, and uncertain. I have learned those are often the moments that matter most. When buyers hesitate, sellers pause, and conversations become more thoughtful, the market starts to reveal where it is heading next.
I have seen cycles where opportunity belonged clearly to one side, and then gradually shifted. Right now feels like one of those in between seasons. Still negotiable. Still selective. But not standing still.
What experience has taught me is this. Markets do not announce their turning points loudly. They shift quietly, one decision at a time, one buyer returning, one seller reassessing expectations.
Staying patient, informed, and grounded in long term thinking has always mattered more than reacting to noise.
