We are so excited to share that our own Jessica Crawford has been accepted into the Leadership Manatee Class of 2025-2026!

Leadership Manatee brings together professionals from across the county to explore key issues, build relationships, and strengthen our community through leadership development.

I’m grateful she will have the opportunity to grow, learn from other leaders, and contribute more meaningfully to Manatee County’s future while representing ELG, our community, and beyond in the process!

ELG is thrilled to introduce Virgil Mills as ELG’s new Director of Professionalism, Career, and Skill Development. With years of experience as the Director of Business Development at ELG, Virgil is now taking on an expanded role to nurture the personal and professional growth of the ELG team. In this unique position, Virgil will mentor team members, monitor their professional development, and actively contribute to their growth.

In an effort to enhance both the firm's development and its service to the community and clients, ELG recognizes the significance of Virgil's role. Emphasizing individualized attention, Virgil will engage in both one-on-one and group sessions, participate in community events alongside team members, and assist in honing their skills. As the world continues to evolve, ELG remains committed to providing comprehensive mentoring, guidance, and support to each team member, fostering their professional advancement and community engagement.

Virgil brings a diverse background, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Religion from Olivet Nazarene University. With over 25 years of experience in full-time ministry and expertise in church growth, Virgil's previous roles include serving as Manager for Hide-Away Storage in Bradenton, Ellenton, and St. Petersburg, as Director of Marketing at Newby Management and as a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. His active involvement in the community, including serving on the Salvation Army board and as a part-time pastor, reflects his dedication to making a difference. Outside of his professional endeavors, Virgil cherishes spending time with his wife Patty and their three daughters and families.

ELG is proud to invest in the growth and development of each team member, recognizing the value of both personal and professional enrichment, and we could not be more excited as Virgil takes on this new role!

Last night, ELG proudly represented at the Pace Center for Girls Ducktail Party Splash, with our duck clinching the first runner-up spot for Best Dressed Duck! At ELG, we have long championed this wonderful organization, empowering young women to reach their full potential. Introducing Antonia Allen, a valuable member of the ELG Team!

Antonia Allen became a part of Esposito Law Group as a dedicated paralegal in December 2023. With a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Psychology from Duquesne University, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Additionally, Antonia holds a Paralegal Studies Certificate from the University of Miami, showcasing her commitment to excellence in her field.

A Sarasota native, Antonia is deeply rooted in the community. Her passion for giving back is evident through her volunteer work with the Boys and Girls Club and active involvement in the Manatee Chamber of Commerce and Manatee Young Professionals. Antonia's dedication to both her profession and community highlights her outstanding character and commitment to making a difference.

ELG introduces Keanu Schnepp, an Associate Attorney and valued member of the ELG Team:

Keanu Schnepp has been a valued member of our team since last July. A graduate of Stetson University College of Law, Keanu's commitment to community service and legal proficiency shines through in his work. Throughout his time at law school, Keanu actively participated in Stetson’s Elder Law Society and dedicated himself to pro bono endeavors with Parents & Children Advance Together Literacy Ministries.

With a deep-rooted connection to the Manatee County community, where he has spent the majority of his life, Keanu is enthusiastic about continuing his service in familiar surroundings. We are truly appreciative of Keanu's unwavering dedication and the expertise that he brings to our team!
