The Law Office of Casey Hall My name is Casey Hall and I served Archer, Clay, and Montague Counties as the elected District Attorney from 2017 - 2024.

My mission as your criminal defense attorney is to be a warrior for you; I will fight for you, speak for you, & walk with you through this dark time in your life, & I will tirelessly seek what is right, fair, & just on your behalf. Prior to being elected DA, I served as an ADA in the 97th for 3 years, from 2013-2015. I also briefly owned my own criminal defense practice in 2016. With over a decade

of experience in criminal law, you will not find a more qualified advocate to defend you. My time as a felony prosecutor makes me uniquely positioned to provide the best legal defense possible for your case - because I know what the other side is thinking! During my tenure as the 97th Judicial District Attorney, I led a team of prosecutors and staff in the prosecution of felony crimes in Archer, Clay, and Montague Counties. I have tried a variety of cases: murder, child sexual abuse, child po*******hy, drug offenses, theft, and other violent offenses. I have handled thousands of felony criminal cases over the course of my career, from investigation to resolution. I graduated from Texas Wesleyan School of Law (now Texas A&M) in 2012, after graduating from the University of North Texas with a degree in English Literature in 2008. During my law school career, I worked as a legal assistant for a family law firm in Hurst, Texas, a criminal defense firm in Fort Worth, Texas, and interned for the Writ Magistrate at the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office. I was also a published member of the Texas Wesleyan Law Review. I focused on criminal law throughout my law school career, electing to take as many criminal law classes as my schedule would allow. As a prosecutor, I attended hundreds of hours of continuing legal education in various areas of criminal law. I am currently working towards a board certification in criminal law.
