Checked out the new Kowloon Tiki Bar on Revere Beach and was pleasantly surprised. 🌴🍹

Great vibe, delicious food, and our waiter Joel was genuinely one of the nicest people we’ve met in a long time. Friendly, attentive, and clearly loves what he does.

Fun atmosphere, good energy, and a perfect spot to kick off summer on the beach. Looking forward to the outdoor patio opening soon!

We’ll definitely be back.

Sold! 🎉

Today we celebrated our second closing at 51 Harborview with the sale of Unit 1.

Representing the seller on this beautiful condo conversion has been such a rewarding experience. We put the sign in the ground with two feet of snow on it, and now this buyer will be spending their first summer enjoying everything Winthrop has to offer.

From Fourth of July fireworks to the Tall Ships Parade, they’ll have a front-row seat to some of the very best moments of coastal living.
