with days on market ranging from 11 days all the way to 240.

Seven Bridges had a strange March.
Only 4 homes sold, and 2 of them sold in 0 days.

March Snapshot:
• 4 homes sold
• Average sold price: $2,130,000
• Average price per square foot: $517.40
• Average days on market: 55

But that average DOM is misleading. One sale took 212 days, while two others went immediately. That tells you the market is moving — just not evenly.
