These are the moments I live for ❤️

Movement Is Possible with an Epidural ✅

Planning on getting an epidural? You can still incorporate movement throughout your labor and birth! With tools like a rebozo (a simple woven shawl from Mexican tradition), I can help support you in positions like this kneeling position, keeping you comfortable while your body makes space for your baby.

Research shows that even small positional changes after an epidural can help your baby find the best position and improve how labor progresses.
