We are thrilled to share that we have already raised MORE than we did last year! 🎉🙌 And we’re not done yet! We wanted to share this upcoming Dementia Education Series from Penn State College of Medicine, Division of Geriatric Medicine. The series is designed to provide education and support for people living with dementia, their loved ones and care partners.
