If you’re in low-lying areas or properties prone to flooding during heavy rains, now is the time to take action. Secure loose items, clear drainage areas, and have an emergency plan in place. Stay informed by monitoring local weather updates and following any advisories or evacuation orders from authorities. Safety first!

Good afternoon everyone. Jackson County will declare an emergency in regards to Tropical Storm Francine approaching the Gulf Coast region at 7:00 AM on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. Please take all precautions in preparation for the storm's arrival. It is better to be safe than sorry. Even if we do not receive a direct hit, we will still be inundated with rainfall and some tidal surge.The following locations in Jackson County District 5 will have self-serve sandbags available by 8:00 AM on Tuesday, September 10, 2024.

Please bring your own shovel, bags are provided.

* Fontainebleau Fire Department - 3901 Hwy. 57 South, Ocean Springs

* Next to St. Andrews Park - 1401 Elm Street, Ocean Springs

Matt Loup is continuing to work his magic! He recently took on a challenging claim for a homeowner in Jackson, MS. What started as a full denial has now been turned around into a complete roof replacement and interior damages approval! 🏠

We're currently ironing out the details of the roof replacement cost, but the homeowner can now rest easy knowing they have the funds to get their new roof installed by their trusted roofing contractor.

Out with Cory Necaise and Necaise Tree Service this morning in Long Beach, removing a tree from a house so we can inspect the damage and tarp the roof.
