Pabich Law is growing and looking to hire a reliable, highly organized, and trustworthy Administrative Assistant to join the team!

This role would be ideal for a college student seeking professional experience or a local looking for flexible, consistent part-time hours.

Hours: Approximately 5–10 hours per week, structured as two shifts per week (e.g., starting at two days for 3 hours each). Starting date would be week of January 5.

Tasks: Focus on essential "office services," including:
- Scanning and organizing documents.
- Copying and preparing client files.
- Accurate data entry into the practice management system.

This position will be based out of my professional home office in Big Rapids. I will be fully present and available to provide guidance and answers to questions during all scheduled hours.

The most important qualities are trustworthiness, discretion, and a high level of organization. You must be meticulous, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential legal information.
